When I tried to order a "sample" they claimed they were out. I thought no more of it until I get an email notification that not only the sample shipped but also an additional "order". I had read their Terms and Conditions which stated this could be cancelled at anytime by calling 515-207-4977. I've called this # from numerous phones and the "call cannot go thourgh".

Aslo tried emailing them at cs@bipedd.com, and receive an error.
