After asking for a phamplet for bipolar issues with a loved one, I was billed $7.00 on my credit card. Placed a phone call to a machine with a foreign voice, left message & never heard back. Received a CD and newsleetter 2 weeks later along with my credit card bill that incled a charge for $29.95 for this. I never order such a thing and wish to have the charges dropped.
