Ordered ring in Oct. Product arrived early Dec. Wore about 10 times. Stone fell out about 4 weeks ago. Of course the warranty is only a month. Have tried to contact support numerous times, via email, 1 800 number and direct message from site. Last inquiry just sent today March 2. Asking for replacement or credit to paypal account.

No one is acknowledging any of my inquiries. What kind of customer service is this. Common courtesy is that you would respond. They obviously have my email, because they keep emailing me about new deals. The product may be beautiful, but do not order from this site. They don't stand behind their product, and the customer service is a joke!
