I filed a report against Shamanic Extracts aka:SE Products but they have not responded. Bitonic is their merchant service provider. That's equal to a credit card service. They are supposed to protect the consumer against getting ripped off. They have been nice and they have responded every time, but as a merchant service provider, they have failed in protecting the consumer. Bitcoin and Etheral are coming of age and it's not going away. Here we have a company that has failed. If they won't protect the consumer, I certainly wouldn't want them holding onto my bitcoin. Shame Shame!! Reference SE order #68798
