We attended a presentation with Point Rental Liquidators in Indiana with BJ Cooke. His program was the rental of our timeshare. In order to qualify we purchased more timeshare with Sunset Harbor Resort in Willis, TX. Never got our deed or our points with RCI. RCI has no record of the transaction. BJ Cooke has never answered any of our calls. The phone has been disconnected. Sunset Harbor Resort's phone is also disconnected. We are out $9,000. BJ Cooke is a thief and Sunset Harbor should also be investigated for their association with him. We have filed reports with Attorney General in Indiana, Nevada and Texas. Our next step is to file legal action.

I'm glad you are ready to file legal action, you cannot let those crooks to get away with it. Just for the record, timeshares are not very demand for rentals or sales. It is much easier and practical for people to rent a room in a regular hotel than renting a timeshare. I was scammed by a resale company in Mexico, but i'm filing legal action too, i contacted a company that is giving me a free consultation on my situation, no upfront fees, this is their website in case you want to give it a look:

PRL is most definately a rip off, they too took me to the cleaners and I'll never see my 50,000 bonus points nor the $498 they charged to join, lesson learned.
That said the resort in Willis Tx is real, below are points of contact that can help you resolve issues with the resort.
