B&K Preowned Cars I purchase a car on 06/10/2008 paid my money the issuses with the carare notbeing resolved the owner is playing games promising he going to take care of it, keeps avoiding me and my issues are safety problems which are causing me not to be able to use the car Stone Mountain Georgia

i purchased a car on 06/10/2008 a 99 mercedes benz the cost 5,200$.
placed 3000$ down thru a company b&k preowned cars at 6184b memorial dr.
i was promised to recieve the car on 06/11/2008 once they fixed things on the,car i waited 3 days to get the car had to get my own mechanic to get the seat fixed so i could at least drive the car. at this present time the owner.
still has not fixed my car. ive treid to commuicate with b&k the owner keeps avoiding me and not responding to my repetative calling and trying to catch.
him at his establisment. i would be very apprecative if you could help me resolve this issue.
