BKs Schoolhouse no product delivered or response to complaints Bridal Veil Oregon - Another Customer Ripped Off ripoff Bridal Veil Oregon

I placed an order at http://bksschoolhouse.com on February 2nd, 2007. I ordered 4 bulletin board sets. I received an e-mail confirmation saying my order had been placed and showing all the order details. On February 4th, 2007 my bank account was debited $28.96 which was the cost of the order. The order confirmation email stated "You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order ships." I never received a confirmation email stating that my ordered had shipped and I never received my order. It has now been over two months and I have not received the items or a refund.

I have posted a couple of times to the website asking for assistance with my order. I have emailed a few times requesting information on the status of my order and I have left phone message a number of times requesting to be contacted about my order. I have never reached anything but an answering machine despite calling the business a number of times at different business hours. I have never been called back or emailed back. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they tried contacting the company twice. The company NEVER replied to the BBB and the case was closed as an "UNANSWERED complaint".

At first I just wanted to receive the products I ordered. Even my BBB complaint stated that I really just wanted the products I ordered to be shipped to me. But now, I want my money back. I was ripped off by BKs Schoolhouse and would warn anyone who is thinking about purchasing from them not to do it. I feel I was more then reasonable in my many requests to find out what was holding up my order. No one contacted me and I am out hard earned cash. Do not buy from them!
