It is pretty hard to answer someone who doesn't let you know who they are and what they are talking about, but given the fact that they didn't get our information correct, I would say that they didn't correctly read or understand what they were purchasing on Ebay....... If you check our Ebay account, you will see that we have a good rating with them and our adds are not false, nor do we not deliver according to our stated descriptions. The problem usually comes from the person either not reading the add fully or not having an understanding about how the marine industry works. Bottom line, I'm sorry they feel that way about us. It's too bad we were unable to come to some kind of understanding.
