I ordered 2000 pieces of 300 Blackout Brass December 2012. I have emailed them several times and been stonewalled. Last email they said "We hope to get your order out in the next 1-2 weeks. At this writing that was a month ago. They do not answer the phone and will not call you back. If you are in the same boat, I recommend you file an internet crime complaint at the "Internet Crime Complaint Center" which is a partnership between the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center. You will find them at www.IC3.gov
