I was a partner in the Grand Summit Fund with Team Resources/Fossil.
This site will not let us share contact info. I have set up a site on facebook with the address below. Hopefully this will post. Click on the link and I can add you to the group. If the link doesn't post do a search on Facebook for Blackrock Fossil Team Resources Fraud and that should get you to the group as well and then request to join. Let's organize!!

Escrow Account

Floyd, call the escrow account manager. He has a phone number for you. I agree that the Blackrock crew are crooks and have scammed us. I also think that Fossil is joined or was joined at the hip with them. Team Resources and Grand Summit are other entiities connected to Fossil. All have basically been busts. I think Fossil is playing a game with us. They have had weather, electrical and legal problems. Most recently one of the wells was shut down. All of these problems have occurred during one of the best oil markets ever. I think the game is to limit the amount of money due us.

Hi Bill......I also executed a 5ok loan/note with Blackrock. I also have communicated with Dressner.
He tells what you want to hear. These people (Blackrock) are crooks and scammers. I will not rest until they pay me back or go to jail. It is hard for us to communicate since you can't give email or phone numbers. If you can think of a way...let me know...........Floyd

blackrock gammon scam

I also am`a victim of this scam and looking for a way to get my money back. Robert Collins appears to be part of this and also Phil Dressner who says he is trying to get peoples money back. Micheal Bell has dissaperead and kevin Boyles is now president of team resources Inc 1 800 525 9908, supposedly advertising oil exploration as he did for Blackrock Gammon
Fossil, as you have said, is holding proceeds in eacrow but has not distributed any to date.
I contacted team resources for schedule k information and they say they will issue in March. But what of the capital investment and also this promissory note scam some of us ( me ) invested in
How can we combine to solve this.
I am an ordinary consumer/investor not rich - who would like to get his money back

Escrow Account

I checked with Chase on the escrow account. The agent could not share very much helpful information. However, there are funds, but they are not allocated to individuals and Fossil has full control. You may want to check this out for yourself. I think there may be a number available to you.

This site will not let names and e-mail addresses come through so there is no way to contact one another here. However, I have an idea--do not know whether it will work, but keep checking this site. It is too early to try it before I am reasonably sure it will work. Bad guys can read this stuff too. Just keep looking for messages after the 1st. I will be back.

I have previously filed a report, #983869, under Fossil Energy Corp. I too invested with Blackrock Energy Group and I have tried to communicate with Schneider, but have had no acknowledgement. It appears that Blackrock, Team Resources and Grand Summit are all scams of a similar nature and tied to Fossil. Some reports on this site have indicated that the SEC and The California Department of Corporations are investigating. I intend to file reports to these entities, but it would be nice to have someone indicate the contact in these organizations. Is there any way that we can coordinate our efforts?
According to statements that I have received, there is a small amount of money in an escrow account at Chase. According to Jim Wilson of Fossil, this money cannot be distributed because Blackrock left no instructions to do so. I believe Blackrock and Fossil are very closely tied together and this supposed technicality is just another delaying tactic and way to keep us from getting any money due us. I intend to check on the escrow account next.

Blackrock energy group/ Fossil Energy Corp possible Scam

I have had dealings with Blackrock Energy Group/Fossil Energy Corp and would like the other consumer to contact me as your number was blocked out. Please send me a message at hschneider at synecsolu dot com.
I also believe my investment is at risk.
I invested a large sum of money for an oil well investment, recieved updates on a weekly, to biweekly basis via the mail, projection statements etc. up until the monthly profit pay out was supposed to happen. Then all contact dissapeared.
Upon calling the Fossil Energy group The company, sent statements showing money had been made and payouts were to have been received in May of 2012. After further conversation with Jim Wilson of Fossil Energy Group, Thousand Oaks, CA said the management company of Blackrock gammon abandoned management of the fund and that is where our funds are tied up for payout. He said he has a law firm investigating how to get the fund are to be disbursed, I have heard nothing since. I would like proof of the law firm so I can contact and verify this information.
Any information from Fossil Energy to right this situation is necessry. Any consumer also in the same situation I would like to speak to.
Thanks.
