Blindsexpress.com Ordered 8 gauge (thicker) mini blinds. It took a MONTH to get them and then they were tissue paper thin. They are no better than cheap $5 vinyl blinds, actually thinner and more fragile. VERY disappointed. Sent cheap thin product when thicker better one was ordered. Rochester New York

I ordered 8 gauge (thicker) mini blinds. They come 6 and 8 and 8 is better/thicker. It took a MONTH to get them when I was told two weeks and then, when they finally arrived, they were tissue paper thin. They are no better than cheap $5 vinyl blinds, actually thinner and more fragile and will not last.
VERY disapppointed in their product and service. Not what I expected from their website. It made it sound l ike their products were quality and they are not.

Sorry I posted this. They are addressing the issue by sending me a piece of 8 gauge to make sure that's what I got. If it is, it's still a disappointment but at least they are trying to cooperate.
