I ordered blinds for approximately 20 windows from blindsexpress.com.  I entered in my actual inside mount window frame measurements, which they state that they are supposed to deduct 3/8" from.  They ended up shipping me generic window blinds and valences (not valence returns) that required cutting by me.  They have been incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal.  I am now having to go through the credit card company to get my money back from these scammers that ADVERTISE CUSTOM BLINDS, BUT SHIP YOU GENERIC ONE SIZE FITS ALL BLINDS.  Attached is a sample valence that they shipped me for a 58 7/8" inputted dimensions for an inside mount blind that came nearly 62".  The company is telling me that the order was made correctly and that the valence that covers the blind rail should be an outside mount for an inside mounted blind with plenty of room on the inside to mount a properly cut valence.  The other thing is I received the same sized valence of nearly 62" for many different sized windows and the largest inputted window width was 58 7/8", so the company clearly screwed up somewhere.  Rather than fix the issue, they have been nothing but rude and giving me the run around and fighting me even on the credit card dispute.  I have ordered and installed blinds from online blind retailers on 9 other occassions for rental properties.  I am very familiar with the process, never had any issues, and have never seen someone ship 1 size fits all blinds and valences while charging custom blind prices.  The owner, Constance Chiacchierini, is nothing but a scammer.  She will ship you one size fits all blinds and valences for various window sizes and tell you to cut them yourself while advertising that they are custom.  STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

The manufacturer who is Norman Window Coverings did not send generic blinds. They were their budget blinds. The manufacturer always deducts from the ordered width on an inside mount. After repeated attempts asking Mr. Wang for actual pictures of the size of his windows with no sucess. Numerous times he sent half images never showing the entire window width. This is the only way we can tell if the customer mis-measured. We exlained numerous times that the images were not enough proof to go back to the manufacturer to have the blinds remade.

The sizes he requested were fractional sizes and were custom cut to his specified size, so "generic blinds" could not have been sent.

We continued to ask for proof for the size differences and were given various excuses as to why we couldn't get full width window images not one end of a ruler that any one can adjust to meet their needs.

It was apparent from the start that this customer was wanting a full refund and no reply from our end was going to satisfy him. In good faith we have refunded his money and he has blinds for his home free of charge.

Mr Wang has been asked politely to cease and desist these unfounded claims.
