Someone tried to scam my account by sending me a fake email from blizzard. I forward it to the support team at blizzard, and the next day my account gets closed. I dont use any hacks, scams, bots, or violate the terms and agreement from blizzard.
The only thing ive been in was games that had bots running, and everyone in the games knew that there was a bot running. Some people say that you can get banned from other people using hacks cause, you're in the game and you get tagged as using a 3rd party hack. So I hate blizzard and hope they rot in h#$%.

Wait, Battlenet or WoW?

I was going to copy and paste something I said in another report about posting on the WoW customer service forum for help, but if you are on Battlenet then I don't know what would help you.
Look up the contact info, preferably specific to Battlenet, and call them until you think the phone is going to fuse to your ear.
Be warned though, if you did use some kind of 3rd party hack, or someone on your network was using a 3rd party hack, you are most likely NOT going to get your account back.
On the other hand, I almost got in trouble on WoW because my kid brother installed some kind of speed hack (I think) for Runescape on my computer. I almost killed him! :P Thankfully, Warden alerted me to it before I was able to log on, and I spoke with customer service to make sure it didn't leave a mark on my record.

If you're on a shared network connection, you should look into who was running something that Warden would detect. Any program that cheats, hacks, or bots any game will be detected by Warden, and if that program happened to be running when you started the game, you would be flagged. Perhaps when you forwarded that scam attempt to Blizzard, they pulled up your account information and found the flag, thereby banning your account.

Not the first time Blizzard messes up

As the recent unban of many Linux accounts using Cedega proves Blizzard does mess up. The main problem as I see is that Blizzard will not tell tell what supposedly bannable actions of software is involved.
In fact, the EULA that Blizzard is using to ban the account be on shakey legal ground as per the Adobe vs Softman case showed. Considering that the bannable offence could have been caused by a virus or keylogger which could comprimise other aspects of the computer I find this position insane and idiotic.
If Blizzard see such things they would IMHO have a legal obligation to inform the consumer.

Sure keep thinking someone will shut down blizzard entertainment, they have more money than any other game/online entertainment company, in WoW alone there are 7 million people, $15 a month thats $105,000,000 a month for them. that isnt counting people still buying Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3, or any of the Novels/Figures/Strategy Guides/etc... Why dont you guys just start reporting WoW Ninja looters too
