I can't send any message to Blockbuster Online whatsoever, I've tried sending to every department and get the same message. I reported this months ago on the phone to BB O/L, and the error message is still there. Obviously they don't want you to be able to contact them online to file a complaint in any area! Here's the error message I get anytime I try to send any message to BB O/L:

"Internal Server Error:
Server id: 1->7
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the site's support team and inform them of the time of the error and what operation
you were performing when the error occurred."

There is no service team to report this too! Send a complaint to any of the other drop down menus and same internal error message for months. They list no phone number for customer support.


This is the complaint I was trying to file:
I have gone two weeks without a DVD in my mailbox, The Tripper never came, they were supposed to send the next DVD "Trade". It said it would be here by 2/14/08. It's 2/16/08 (Saturday) and no video.
Please this isn't right that I'm being charged and not receiving any DVDs for half this month.

Please find out why I'm not receiving these videos and please give me half-a-month credit.
I usually rent my movies at the store and joined this program to save money. It worked fine until now.



Now, I went into my local BB and was told BB Online is losing money so they're purposely making it a crappy experience to people who use the system to the fullest. They also give excellent service the first few months to get your credit card hooked, because even if you quit, they can still nail you with the next month charge, etc. This is how they rip you off to build their losing profits up as much as possible. He said there's a lot more but can't get into it.

There is no complaint form on the Blockbuster only a contact Us link. There is no phone number on the Contact Us link, I finally got the number from a guy at the local Blockbuster store. He told me that he's been flooded with people with similar complaints needing the number too.

I am going to cancel but he warned me to wait until Blockbuster Online says all movies are returned. They claimed to have sent me two but none arrived.

If your really unhappy I would cancel my subscription. Blockbuster went to the 2 videos per month (netflix look alike) on the cheap plan months ago. Call them, the number is in the complaint you filed..
