Blog Tool Kit .com Will NOT Cancel their "Service" and Continues to Charge Your Credit Card Internet

Five months ago, I recieved my credit card statement with a charge of 39.95 on it from BlogToolKit.com. I have never visited this site until today. Once I saw this- I called the number that was listed beside BlogToolKit on my statement. I was told that this service would be cancelled.

The next month- the same thing happend. There was a 39.95 charge from BlogToolKit.com so I called them again. This time I could not even get anyone on the phone. I, then, called my credit card company who told me that I would have to file a written complaint and send it to a certain state. (I was in the process of moving- so, of course, I did not get around to it)
The next two months- the same charged appeared on my credit card statement from this company. One month I was told that it would be cancelled that day. (No mention of refunding my money that they took- without my authorization). One month, I was told that I was not even in the computer as a customer and she assured me that I would not be charged again. (No mention of refunding my money)

Today, I look at my statement again- the same crap! I knew if I called- I would be told the same lies so I look at their website. There is no address but they do have a support email address along with the same number I have repeatdly called over the past months. So, I emailed them and let them know that I had had enough and would be talking with my attorney on Monday.
Not five minutes later, I get a responce email from them stating that they would cancel my service and to allow 14 days for the 39.95 credit to show on my statement".
First off, they had no authorization to charge my credit card. How they even had my information is beyond me. Secondly, I have attempted and have been told several times that this account would be closed- but yet, my credit card is still charged. I have had my credit card to go over the limit (therfore, I get charge 35.00 each time) due to this company.

I am in the process of filing complaints with every government and non-government site available to file a compliant. I have already filed with the Federal Trade Commissions office. If there is anyone who knows someone that can help me get my money back and to get this so called "company" exposed- please email me.
The simple fact of this is that it is STEELING and THAT, my friend, is a state and federal offense. This company STOLE my financial information, it sells information to other companies and it has STOLE my hard-earned money.
Who ever has been a victim of this company- Please Speak Up! It is time to put this all to an end. I DO NOT have any problems with spending money to shut this company down!! And I will continue to file complaints, along with making my own website, filing suits and whatever that I can do legally.
