Bloomingdale's Bridgewater, NJ Sales person tricked customer to buy thing by offering false promotion Bridgewater NJ

 When I went to the Bloomindale's dept store for my coat shopping, the sales person named Janellie Florindo tricked me to purchase a coat by offering special promotion which later found out a lie. She presented that my coat is on special sale so I would get $50 bloomingdale's gift card per every $250 I spent. Also if I donated $15 for Pink donation, I also would get $100 additional gift card. So I purchased a coat for $1,295 expecting I would get $250 gift and addition $100 with my $15 pink donation.

However I have never received $250 gift card nor $100 additional gift card.  So I called the customer service on the bill and found out there was no such promotion at that time and they would not honor what the salesperson said even though I have written proof of the sales person's own handwriting promising all these gidt cards and also a witness.

When I called the store manager, the assitant was offering $25 gift card for my inconvenience. They do not want to be responsible of what their employee promised to customers. I think these kind of sales tricks has been enclouraged within the Bloomingdale's and trying to brush off complaints as business usual.

I really expect Bloomingdale's should stop this kind of sales practice and compensate customers the way originally salesperson promised.
