blooms reward, haymarket, virginia i ordered flowers for mothers day they never came got refund for them but did not refund 9.95 i thought was one time fee now they took it again Internet

On Mothers Day of 2010 I had ordered some flowers to be delivered.
When I called my mother she had not recvd. them. I called the company snd they said they will issue refund.
i got refund but not only did they not refund the 9.95, they took it out this month too.
