Blossom Flowers Ripoff organization

Flower arrangement and delivery ordered from this company.  This company then apparently contracts that business out to other smaller local florists.  The thing is, I paid $89us ($115cdn)for an arrangement with free delivery but Blossum then turns around and offer the local florist in NS Can., $50cdn (about $37us) to fullfill the order, keeping $52us for themselves.  When the local florist turned down the order, Blossum gave a completely misleading and false sad covid story, supposedly on my part, to the local florist, who then, feeling very sad for the 'supposedly' grivious situation, agreed to ensure something was delivered.   

What they delivered was what you'd expect for $39us delivered.   Upon seeing a photo of the arrangement, and not knowing a lot of this story yet,  I found out who the local florist was that Blossum had farmed the arrangement out and I called them, who were quite put out as this is not the first time Blossum had scammed them or other florists in this area.  Blossum themselves would not and have never acknowledged any wrong doing.
