purchase mitel phone system from Blue Sky Technical services, winnipeg, manitoba

Stated phone system worked. I contacted with in 7 days of delivery that it didn't work. They provided pass word to get into system that did not work. Mitel will not  help since purchased through a non authorized reseller. So I have to junk it. I would not buy from Blue Sky Technical Services, copiers canada or jim@copierscanada.com

Our Ebay policy CLEARLY STATES full refund after 7 days. Kevin Neville did not follow this clearly stated policy and tried to return equipment 3 months later.
