Con artist this is an excellent way to describe blue baron con man services.i mean heat exchangers and carpet cleaning.hes great at taking money and propping himself up as a business man.i was told it would take 2 weeks for my heat exchanger to arrive.well my 1000 dollars made it to him no problem however my heat exchanger not found.pete garland won't answer his phone.he is a full fledged scum bag and con artist. Pls pay a little more go to a reputable co.and actually receive your product.DO NOT GO TO PETE GARLAND AT BLUE BARON .DON'T DO IT!!

Lost my MOM during the time Jeremy Heat Exchanger was being built. Lost time in New England just to be with her. My jobs got a little backed up. Jeremy you never emailed me. Life happens, we only have one Mom. I would hope you understand a difficult time with me and my family. Hopefully if your Mom is still living tell her you love and give her a hug. Sorry for the slow build and ship. Pete

I was away in July when my 83 year old Mom took ill unexpectedly and lost over 1 month labor time in the shop staying up in New England in my Mom’s last days.. This caused a series of jobs to get backed up.
I answer all calls and might have missed a few while visiting my Mom in her last days. Excuse me Jeremy.
Jeremy still got his Heat Exchanger. I care about all my customers and care about their concerns. I never got an email from Jeremy.
He did get his Heat Exchanger, took 2 weeks. Not bad all considering.
We are the largest Heat Exchanger company in the nation and even Prochem gives us referrals for their discontinued Heat Exchangers in which we build an excellent replacement after market.
Even Jon Don is now our Customer for these after markets along with many repair shops and end users.
They are happy they have found the Only Source in the World for that matter. Everyone is appreciative of my services.
Sorry Jeremy but I Only have one Mom, and if I missed your call (Sure only one call you made) it was not done on purpose. I care about all my customers and being 40 years in this industry, I know how important it is to have heat.
I know you got your Heat Exchanger and so far you have not complained since you had it.
If your Mom is still living hopefully give her a kiss and tell you Love her.
I am missing my Mom.
