My story? Like countless others, i contacted this company after seeing their advertisement on television. Then, when they began taking money from my account before i had even received the promised paperwork, i became concerned.

By the time i did get the papers, which i received several weeks after my order, i had decided NOT to sign them and to request a refund of the nearly $500.00 they'd taken from my bank account. Cancelling wasn't that difficult...just a matter of saying 'no thank you' to their multiple offers to make the payments easier for me. And thankfully, they did stop the withdrawals within about a week.

But the promised refund (minus the "unrefundable $125.00") never showed up in my account. Every time i called to ask why and tell them this was unacceptable, they apologized and assured me i would be receiving a phone call within the next 10 days to confirm my cancellation request(never got the phone call either).

These empty promises obviously got old and i realized i was getting nowhere with them. So i called my bank, which i wish now i had done sooner. i love my bank, and they've always treated me very well in spite of the fact that my balances are always rather low. As i understood, there was really nothing they could do and i trusted this was true.

Now, several months (yeah, months) and multiple overdrafts later, i decided to find out if this had happened to anyone else. HA! While i'm sorry for all the individuals who have had to deal with this same problem, i am relieved that i'm not alone and that maybe there's something that can be done after all.

I'm in Texas though. i noticed there were alot of reports from people in states other than mine. Anyone else out there from my State?
