June 9, 2017 I spoke to the Blue Host Customer Service, Katrina and I found out that my Domain Name can still be retrieved by paying Redemption Fee in addition to my whole year subscription. That I still have two more weeks to claim after the expiration date. When I paid whole year subscription with Redemption Fee, the Customer Service, Jeffrey  assured me I need to wait for 72 hours and my website will be there.

June 12, 2017 after checking my Domain Name, my website is not there only some error links that appeared on the screen. I called the Company and able to talked to Eric and ask what's going on my website. I beg to do their best because I need my website to be restored and I paid for the Redemption Fee.

I received an email July 5, 2017 at 3:06:58 AM that Blue host is dedicated to ensuring me that my account is secure and reliable. At 5:30:11PM I received an email again that my Account Restore has now been completed. When I immediately checked my domain name my website actual content are not there only some links I cannot understand.

I was so bothered, worried and upset. I called the Customer Service Ivan and I found out that the actual contents of my website was not back up and what I understand they just back up the files of June after I paid up to July.  I called again July 27, 2017 spoke with the Customer Service, Quiana until I found out that the company cannot make any remedy for it since "No Backup" files and what appeared on the computer screen "Error establishing a database connection" I express to the Customer Service that my website is so important to me and I'm very upset.

I expense a lot for this online entrepreneurship website prepared and built by nine persons on different companies to make links and business ventures and I hired a Virtual Assistant to manage it monthly. The content is very important, like the blogs, the videos, pictures that taken from different countries and places and monthly payment for subscription of the products attached to it.

There's also established links  that connects for donations to serve as a help to the nonprofit organizations that I belonged. Actually, this is my second time having discourageable experience to this hosting company. Our first website was hacked and when reported it, the representative asked certain amount of money to clean up and fix it. We lost our organization website. I dont to take the risk again to use this hosting company.
