Having purchased the Regzooka software today, based on what appeared to be a reliable reference, I was sent via email an invalid registration. In searching for an immediate contact, I could find none, until I found this site, and read others who had unanswered requests in the past, with poor software cleaning results.
Looks like I spent $30 too soon, as I am still waiting for a response to my "critical" ticket submission. I now have no desire to use their software, and will be asking for an immediate refund. But basis this info I suspect they will not comply, while attempting to hide.
This is not the kind of company with which I wish to deal.

Blue Penguin agrees to refund

Late yesterday, I got a call from a Darlene, area code 425 [Renton, WA] who stated she was refunding my Regzooka fee of $29.95. Interesting that one in Renton, WA refunds for a Boca Raton, FL company. Hmmmmm.

I think this Haugen creature figured out that I wasn't going to give up easily, having threatened to file with the Boca Raton BBB and others.

I feel that without this site, from the tenor of other complaints. he probably would have just ignored me.

I suggest people who have problems persist with this low life creature.

company response is totally untrue

Haugen's response is totally untrue!
1. I copied and pasted the exact number into the code box as directed, several cycles with the same "invalid" response.
2. Being unable to find a phone number I did send an email to their "contact@" address. They did not respond for over 24H, but finally I got an email from a Mike Adams, who claimed their email system had problems, claiming that the registration # was indeed valid [I re-entered, getting the same "invalid" response] but that they would give me spyzooka free [to mollify my discontent] which I didn't want or need. [I have VIPRE which works just fine]
3. Trying to find their phone number is extremely difficult. Not hearing from them, I had initiated a refund request through their ticket system. Finally finding their # here on this site,I did call 561 459 5393 today [6-25 @ 4PM ET] which is obviously a message only, with no live answer [probably ever]
I want nothing to do with these liars, and will pursue my refund demand, which will reflect not only on their Boca Raton BBB record, but with the CC company, as well as this and other blogs.
4. Haugen tries to sound very responsive but acts just the opposite. [dodge ball nonsense] I suspect their software is just as bad, reading the several complaints here.

Just refund my 30 bucks!

Please make sure when you register the software that you copy/paste the registration code so it's entered properly. Every time a customer reports this problem to us it's because they tried typing the code, instead of using the copy/paste feature.

I'm sure when you try copy/paste it will work for you.
