NOTHING MUCH ELSE TO SAY ABOUT THIS EXCEPT THAT IT IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT!  MOST OF THE TIME THAT I RECEIVE INVOICES THAT RESEMBLE ONES LIKE THIS THERE IS VERY FINE PRINT AT THE BOTTOM THAT SAYS, "THIS IS NOT AN INVOICE, HOWEVER, IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO WITH OUR SERVICES, THIS IS WHAT YOUR INVOICE WOULD LOOK LIKE."  MAYBE THEY ARE ABLE TO CIRCUMVENT THE LAWS BY DOING THAT I DONT KNOW.  UNETHICAL EITHER WAY.  THIS ONE IS STRAIGHT UP BOGUS ALL THE WAY AROUND!
