I was just checking my account online when I noticed some random company called Blue Star Direct took out 20 dollars from my account!! The check that I supposedly wrote was to them, but my checks look nothing like theirs! Then they had the nerve to say it was pre-authorized by me! Yeah, right. I am extremely pissed the hell off!! I called my bank and they are actually doing something about it. They are reimbursing me my money. Good. I hope Blue Star Direct shuts down and everyone involved goes to the roughest prision there is!!

Blue Star Direct Without my knowledge it took $20.00 out of my checking account. I am a senior citizen living on my Social Security only, and have had 4 major surgeries in the last 11 months. Could they be any lower. They should be arrested and punished to the full extent of the law for ripping innocent people off. They are a scam. San Diego California
