In case you didn't know, Todd Lewis is the malicious, degrading, demeaning vp of Blue Tax that will tell you that you are going to hell, or must prey on little animals.

He'll promise you the world on the phone, or if he does agree to a refund check, it will bounce, because Blue Tax doesn't have any new money. That's why their starting "Fire Financial" out of the same office. You'll see the domain is only 2 months old, so any claims of 'prior customers' or 'prior performance' are complete FRAUD.

 Blue tax's owner, David "justin" urbas has personally had liens filed on him by the state and IRS back in 04, AND he was ordered to pay a 1.3million restitution judgement in 06.

Todd Lewis is really a man of the people, on your side, ready to defend his clients and really here to help... NOT!!! .. , just look at the wonderful things right here that he says about his various clients!!

Anything to degrade, slander, or defame his clients just to hord their stolen money.  Any lie is not too small or too big for print ... this is out experience with Blue Tax Inc. LOOK at the numbers FTC, and public inquiry unit of the Attorney General's Office of California. The headquaters of the BBB took action.and rebuilt their reputation by doing so.. why dont YOU! WE all want a full refund from this company . 

VICTIMS OF TODD LEWIS / BLUE TAX:

The "Agreement" that you signed when Blue tax took on your case IS NOT LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE and IS NOT A VALID CONTRACT>. An agreement is legally enforceable ONLY when each of the parties to it gives something and gets something. You did not get what you paid for, they unlawfully stole your money, therefore you are not BOUND by the agreement of sueing Blue tax only in California as the jurisdiction. So march down to your local Small claims court and sue the creeps for what they stole from you.  

 I have been lied to multiple times as well. Todd Lewis is a con artist. He asked for additional money and never did anything for my tax case. They should be closed down.

Thank you for taking them to court and winning... I saw the lawsuit.. very inspiring. I also see that they plan to FURTHER degrade themselves by taking this matter to Appellate Court.  I also noticed that the BBB has removed their rating of A- and now has not rated them most definitely  due to all of the fraud complaints. Its time to close  the doors on their criminal acts!
