bought remanufactured transmission feb 2008 paid $1960.00, $500.00 core deposit refunded back to my credit card within there guide lines which i followed. called two to three weeks later inquiring about my refund and was told that they received the core an i would get a full 500.00 credit on my card approxamently two billing statements. around may i called an they said should get it any time. since then i have call continuously through out the year an got the run around. now i call get a recording saying leave a message an we will call you back in which they don't
