Blue whale isn't even a real billing agency. These are people that find out about yor transaction and they do the lamprey thing. of course , if your stupid or faint of heart you'll get your money taken. What did was cancel the credit/debit card that they were billing. next, when they call ( and they continue to do so) I tell them that i legitimately don't owe them.
