Blue Zebra Shop Never received my item and they stopped respoonding to my emails New York, New York

I ordered a discount through lifebooker and it took me to this shop. After paying for the item, i waited two weeks, checking my account with them. It said "order processing". So, i emailed them and told them to ship my item already, and they said that it was delivered and gave me a tracking number. I called the usps and they said it was delivered as well. But i never received anything. After almost a month i emailed them again and they didnt respond. I paid for an item that i never got to use and even though it's not such a large sum for me, it is still something i need to resolve.

This is in response to the complaint I filed earlier. Even though it took a while to respond, someone from Blue Zebra Shop did get back to me and took care of the problem. It turned out that the postal worker lied about saying the package was delivered because it had actually got sent back to Blue Zebra Shop. So in the end, it WASN'T the online shop's fault, it was USPS. Sorry for the confusion and please DISREGARD the complaint.
