They hang up on customers when they aren't in the mood on a Friday to handle issues. Get this, I actually had a girl named cacoona on the phone say "if you get upset about the broken unit issue, I will hang up on you." - so arrogant. Avoid this embarrassment of a company at all costs. they claim to have new "management" but what does that matter when you continue the unethical business practices?!?
