Bluehole PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Unjustly banned

I have contacted customer service several times and they have not been able to provide any information regarding the ban.  They have not been able to provide the information, unban the account or a refund.  They are no longer providing a service for a product that was purchased and I will be filing a dispute with my bank to have my money refunded.  The customer service at this organization is subpar and provided no help with this matter.  The program used to automatically ban players is called battleye and once a player is banned there is no review to confirm the ban was justified.  Please avoid Bluehole and their games.
