I purchased WhiteSmoke, a grammar software program, last year and paid for a lifetime license. Recently they were advertising the "kinks" were out of the program and a new one was available. I paid, going throgh bluesnap, The directions I was to totally remove the former program to install the new one. I did but it wouldn't work, and cancelled the charge. I have been trying to get the former lifetime premium program back on, but no success. Bluesnap told me they cancelled the order. Now when I write tickets to both companies, I get no response, or "the ticket is closed." I want the former program back or else the money refunded for that program.
