This is the first time i have bought anything from another country over the internet, im in england.
bluestar-online international come up a couple of time when i entered the information of the projection bulb i needed for my tv, i decided to go ahead and order this bulb, got a confirmation email, got an email claiming it had been shipped...then strangely enough..NOTHING.
This item was supposed to have been shipped on the 18th september 2009, after two weeks i sent them an email enquiring as to when they believed i would be receiving it....NO reply, i left it another week and sent another one again NO reply on the 19th october 2009, over a month since i placed the order and they TOOK my money, i sent another email and again they refuse to answer....basically they have STOLEN my money.
Bluestar-online.com..bluestar international limited, are NOT a reputable company and will only STEAL from you.
