After an estimate was excepted for electrical work money was paid to Benito Martinez in the amount of 1001.00 for the purchase of electrical equipment. The electrical equipment was never purchased and the money was stolen. I subsequently found out that Benito Martinez Electrical license has been revoked. A complaint was filed with the department of professional regulation, with regard to both the stolen funds and unlicensed electrical work being performed. A police report with Miami Dade was filed as well. According to the department of professional regulation, there are other complaints about Benito Martinez. Benito Martinez also has several outstanding fines with the department of professional regulation, which were never paid. he is presently under investigation by the department of professional regulation as well as Miami Dade authorities.

After having discussed BM power pro electrical with the department of professional regulation, I have found there are numerous complaints that have been filed as well as significant fines that have been assessed. Benito Martinez, his license remains suspended. there are other reports of Benito Martinez stealing other peoples deposit money as well and has been described as a con artist by other people.
