BM Real Estate Soutions agreed to facilitate short sale contracts with our local banks, provide 100% funding of the short sales we provided to them. He charge us $7000.00 for this service. We have submitted 3 very good short sale deals to Chris Stevens VP of B M Real Estate Solutions. He promised to provide the support within 24-48 Hrs. These were presented over 1 week ago. When we try to contact him all we get is his companys answering machine. It is obvious to us that he has no intention of keeping his agreement with us.
