BMC Extreme Customs fraud/ unauthorized transaction Morganville New Jersey

 Couple months ago I ordered a part from BMC. I didn't give the company authorization for a transaction..then I received upon arrival the package was damaged. Several times postal company tried to return but they said their company had moved then to come to find out that they attempted to look for new address the sender refused to accept the package and kept sending it back to me. Now I have to contact the bank to let them know that the package was it had to be returned and now the sender is not trying to refund the money.
