We took our BMW for stalling noises.  The dealership was "kind enough" to wash our car.  When we got our vehicle back it was still making the noise and now it had paint chips missing.  The customer service rep that was helping us assured us that BMW will repair the vehicle.  Long story short, he no longer works for BMW and they basically showed us the middle finger (to put it kindly).  We put all of our scraped our pennies together to buy our dream car and now we have a clunker.  Please help us to get our car repaired.
