**FRAUD - SCAM -NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER OUT OF STATE!
REFUSED DELIVERY/ TRANSPORT OF $120K BMW X7 M50 FOR 3 WEEKS. I HAVE PERFECT CREDIT (800+) PURCHASED ON 12/15/19 REFUSED DELIVERY UNTIL 1/3/20. PAYMENT FROM BMW FINANCIAL WAS DUE A WEEK AFTER I RECEIVED THE CAR. THEY ALSO TITLED MY VEHICLE IN CALIFORNIA INSTEAD OF FLORIDA.. WASTED $1,023 ON CALI REGISTRATION AND TAG FEES.
I STILL NEED TO PURCHASE A FLORIDA TAG FOR AN ADDITIONAL $400 AND 3 WEEKS THEY REFUSED DELIVERY COST ME ANOTHER $1K.. THEY RIPPED ME OFF OVER ABOUT $2,500.. ZERO ETHICS, INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
THEY ALSO ATTEMPTED WARRANTY FRAUD, THEY ADDED SEVERAL BACK END/ WARRANTY PRODUCTS TO MY CONTRACT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! I ATTEMPTED TO WORK THIS OUT WITH THE DEALER AND THEY REFUSED, THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL!
