I ordered flowers from this company, I stated where they were to be delivered, a police department.  I told the company it was not the main department with the jail and I would call back with the exact address but the rep "Deb" stated that she knew where it was and the call back wasn't necessary.  My fiancee is a dispatcher so she thought she knew where it was, which was a joke because I later found out that there were 30 sub stations.  So she just wanted to make a quick sale.  I special ordered an arrangement of flowers, I wanted tight rose buds with no green and very little fillers. I even stated I would like them to cut off the leaves on the roses so it looked just like the picture on the website.  First they delivered to the wrong address.  The rep "Deb" called me and woke me up at butt o'clock in the morning and stated I told her the wrong address and if I was even sure that my fiance works at the police department.  She was extremely rude and cut me off when I was speaking, then raised her voice over mine and insinuated that I was being lied to by my fiance.  I told her it was to early to argue and that I would just have her pick them up from the shop on Mon, the flowers were to be delivered on Sat and they closed at noon so we could not pick them up that day.  Deb said she would call my girl to get the details and I told her absolutely not, she was sleeping and she would pick them up at a specific time on Mon.  She called and woke her up.  My fiance picked up the flowers and all of the rose buds were tight but 4, which were fully bloomed.  There was sooo much green it looked like a bush, the filler was a purple rather than pink and there was more filler than you can imagine.  It was like a joke, she made the arrangement to the exact opposite specifications that I ordered and paid premium price for.  Deb also swore that since the flowers were made on Fri to be delivered on Sat and now they were going to be picked up on Mon, that she would make a new arrangement so the flowers weren't 4 days old.  That was a bold face lie and all but four of the flowers died over night, all were dead by Tues, the second day.  My fiance called and complained to Deb.  My fiance is anti-confrontational and very soft spoken and extremely nice and thoughtful.  She simply stated that she didn't think I got what I paid for and that all the flowers were now dead.  Deb raised her voice at her, spoke to her condescendingly, spoke over her, contradicted everything that came out of my girl's mouth and was just a very rude disgusting individual.  She made my fiance cry.  What was supposed to be a nice thoughtful gesture that showed how much I love her turned into a disaster because of this company Bob Kelly Florist and especially because of the reprehensible customer service skills of Deb.  Not only was she unwilling to concede she messed up but she had the gaul to say that I got more than what I paid for.  She refused to do anything to correct the situation, no discount, no replacement flowers not even an apology.  I disputed the charge on my credit card and got my money back.  Also, Deb claims to be the owner even though I researched the company and found out the real owner is a man named Hymen Cohen.  I contacted him by email but have yet to receive a reply, probably because the email address ended with BobKellyFlorist so it was probably intercepted by Deb.  I cannot believe that woman spoke so rudely to my fiance on our anniversary.  She singlehandedly ruined a special day that I can never gt back and not only that but my fiance is a very special woman that is very loving and caring and treats everyone with respect, she did not deserve to be harassed and spoken to by such a poor excuse of a human being called Deb.  This waas the worst experience I have ever had with a company, let alone a florist.
