Bob Toto's Classic Cars Robert A Toto Bob Toto Robert A Toto, This bottom feeder ripped my blind,alzheimer and mostly deaf father out of $758,000.We took him to court and won a judgement for same but the man keeps no assets in his name. He also wrote bad checks. Tampa, Florida

Bob,Robert Toto,Toto's classic cars ripped my blind,alzheimer's father out of $758,000.We sued him for the money and won a judgement for $758,000 but the man keeps no assets in his name.After $90,000 in bounced checks from Bob Toto and $30,000 in atty fees we still havnt been able to collect a dime from this scum bag.He recently beat his girl friend up and threatened to kill her and her entire family.He was arrested for it and is facing two felony counts for that;I pray that justice will finally prevail and he will go back to prison.
He also walked away from court ordered restitution from his book making prison sentence out of New Jersey but the law just doesnt care.
Do not do business with this scam artist as you will be ripped off.

I hired a collection agency to go after what I was awarded in court from Bob Toto. We have found two bank accounts and are trying to garnish them now.Bob's not happy.

I know. He promised to s\take my Moms car to FL and sell it, but stole it from behind her and never gave her a dime. I hope he goes to jail and rots for a long time. And we trusted him? What a con artist!
