 I have not demand anything extra I had showed him the complete job before he start we agreed on $10700.00 which include bathroom bathtub replace with slide door and I had showed him that roof was leaking thats why there was wet spots on ceiling and also the fences was falling he suppose to replace the whole fences but he only replace few pickets he suppose to to color them too which he never did also he broke the whole tile wall in the bathroom and install a cheap plastic insert which cost $250 or $300 at home depot.

Also the bath tub was the cheapest one which was $125 and glass door which was also under $200 and just change few pickets which nails already start coming out also when bathroom is still leaking he just bring some handyman from street to do the job the person who start the job left the job 2nd day because he don't wanna pay him.

Then he bring other person this is not a perfect example the home owner ripping off the insurance this is the perfect example of contracted like bob ripping there customer again DO NOT TRUST HIM he will take your money and install all cheap material and reason I gave him refrance cause he did not start my work at that time if I knew he is a theif I never give him any refrance every thing was written in his contract again do not trust him people like him who don't know what they are doing again he bring all the people from street handy man they left all the trash in my back yard which is still there I will soon upload the picture too.

First:  There was No "construction fraud".  The FACTS are:

This client demanded other work done that was not in his insurance claim.  The money received to do the job was only supposed to be for the Roof and to fix the fence.  The fence was completely rotted and costs were more than he paid us.  He wanted all pickets replaced, we replaced as many as we could.  

He wanted all his downstairs ceilings repaired and painted  and wanted a new remodeled bathroom which was not approved by the insurance company.  All funds given to us went into the interior work and the fence. The bathroom and interior work was so well done, that he sent our company to his sister's house to do her bathroom.  She was very happy with the work.

He paid partial payments only.  He never paid the cost of the job.  The labor and shingles were going to cost more than what he had funds for.  We told him when he had the funds available to pay for the rest of the work needed, we would come back and do the work.  He was short approx. $3500-$4000 to complete all the work he wanted.  

This is a perfect example of a homeowner attempting to 'rip off' his insurance company by spending monies given for a particular claim on things other than what the insurance adjuster intended.

We have been in the San Antonio area for almost 5 years and have never had any legitimate complaints against us.
