Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I usually frequent this restaurant due to their haddock fish dinner.
Today's dinner was horrible!
The fish was soggy, the coleslaw tasted expired and the french fries were undercooked!
I spoke with a manager and he told me "well you got fresh food"."
That was it. No offer for a refund or anything, just a curt response.
What a waste of money and time.
Do not visit this restaurant.
They are horrible.
I will never return to this restaurant.

You shouldn’t expect a refund unless you return the merchandise to the place of purchase.
