I waited over 30 minutes twice to get in touch with customer service. I wrote an email to customer service and didnt receive one EVER although website says 2 days. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of their shipping date. There is no grace. It is all up to the customer to take care of everything. If it was so wonderful, I would be continuing use. Do not do a trial. They are a ripoff.
