I accidently got Bonzi Buddy on my computor.
I have been able to get him off the program list
I have been able to get him off the file list.
But he still appears when I get on the Internet Explorer and the Outlook Express.

How can I gey him out of my computor ?

it was supposed to be free but instead I was charged $49 dollars for something I did not authorize you have charged the money to my credit card which you had to get from aol.com I would like a full refund please I will notify my credit card company of this problem also a response from you I would appreciate since trying to locate you over the telephone seems to be impossible to thank you very much for your prompt attention
