How can a company like this hire people and act like a legitimate business?

Two young women came to my house selling magazines this summer. One of the names'Karen Easan, swore to me this company was legitimate.

I ordered a magazine for my daughter months ago and paid by check. the check is cashed, yet no magazines. the number on my copy says I am dialing incorrectly. I have never rec'd the magazines.

The took my money and did not deliver!
