Hello I opened an account with bookswim and authorized them to pull $24.95 out of my checking account. much to my surprise they pulled $132.00 dollars out. when contacted no one answers the phone or returns phone calls. If you are reading this Iwould not even think about using bookswim. they are crooks,thieves and dishonest
