I normally don't write reviews but in this case I'm gonna.  I booked two rooms for October 27th - November 1st.  I called and cancelled my reservations on October 20th and was told that a refuind could only be done after travel becau8se they book their rooms thru a wholesaler.  It is now November 6th and I just received my refund today.  How does it take that long to refund someone's credit card when it only took 1 day to charge the card.  I know this may seem petty but I'm not rich and I needed taht money for this past weekend. I'm glad I finally got my money back back but it would have been nice to have it last Friday as opposed to Monday.

Waited 5 days for a refund?

I happen to know the principals of this company and am experienced in the travel industry. You are upset that you were told you needed to wait for completion of travel for a refund when you cancelled one week prior? You were given a truthful and logical explanation for the minor delay, it was booked using a wholesaler, I'm sure you got a terrific deal in the first place because of it. You received your refund in five days following. Find something in this world to really complain about. You obviously are not a seasoned traveler or you would appreciate the attentiveness you received.

BTW, it takes typically takes 48-72 hours for a refund to appear as a credit after issuance. Get out more.
