Boost Mobile Lied about services provided. Went to a plan $25 more expensive because i was told by their employee i would get unlimited use of my hotspot only to find out it was a lie and the hotspot capped out at 8 gb. Nationwide

 I upgraded my cell phone plan from $35 a month to $60 a month because the employee I spoke with assured me I would have unlimited data and unlimited use of my hotspot. I paid my bill on the 14th, today is the 18th and my hotspot quit working because when I called after it stopped working they said the hotspot capped out at 8gb which was not what I was told or I would have never upgraded my plan. This is a total rip off and they say they can not refund my money nor credit my next months bill. This is ridiculous because I would have never paid $25 more for a service I only got to use for not even 4 days.
