IF the system allows it, I would give it Zero stars. On 07/13/2021,I went to the store on Manchester road to fix my broken iPhone 8. Later when I picked it up, I was told for an unknown reason the Home button was not working anymore (It was working when I gave it to them) and the edge of the screen is not sealed very well( they said it was possible because the iPhone was bent), so the guy offered me a free charge of the service.

I was totally fine with that. Unfortunately, they did not take the charge $96.95 off, on the contrary, they charged me TWICE for a bad service which I found out on 02/2022, half a year later. So I called the store, and I was told to dispute it from my bank end because they couldn't find the transaction from their end.

But my bank refuses to dispute it because it has passed the dispute time frame. Then I went to the store and talked to Ian and showed him the transaction on my bank statement.
