We ordered Ugg boots online and did not get the order. When we emailed the address provided by the web site they said they didn't get the order. Yet we got the credit card bill and they charged us. I e-mailed them back and explained it and they said again we did not get the order please retry. Stupid I am not. I asked them to credit the account and have not heard from them. They have only an e-mail address on the web site and whoever answers the e-mail has no idea how to spell.
